Today with the all the advantages of having instant hot water heater for each apartment. We have been replacing the 10 to 15 years tanks water heater, for the hung wall instant water heater in all the properties. One of the concerns of the highly efficient water heater is the condensing water the heater produces when heating the water. The water is very acidic, and it eats metal pipes and cement.
